Our businesses line like “purchasing service delivery” and “procurement service delivery” conduct us to intervene above all on B or C-class products purchases.

These purchases are often characterised by a low recurrence and a low cost per ordered unit.
It implies purchases like stationery, manufacturing parts or spare parts as well as service purchases like maintenance, training or business expenses.
These purchases, either standard or not,  represent, on our client’s side, a small share of the overall amount spent but a significant share of the number of orders, of suppliers, of invoices, and of possible disputation.
